Of all the meetings offered this season, this is undoubtedly the most important webinar. With only a few days to go before the competition, we will leave code and robots aside for a moment to focus on all the practical and organizational aspects that are fundamental to experiencing the event at its best.

During the session we will discuss in detail:

• Logistics and Organization: Arrival procedures, space management and Pit set-up.
• Official Schedules: Analysis of the full schedule for the three days in Cesenatico.
• Last Check: A summary of all the checks (technical, administrative, and bureaucratic) that teams will need to check off to make sure they are 100 percent ready before departure.

This will be the perfect opportunity to ask your questions, resolve last-minute concerns, and get a clear and accurate picture of what will await you on the competition field. Attendance is strongly recommended for all registered teams.
